The EDW Card Draft Cook-Off will take place on Friday, April 16, 2027. This is an open category cook-off. Since we will be out of Lent by the time of the event, you are not limited to seafood dishes. You may prepare any dish you choose.

You may:

• Cook at the Civic Center and set up outside, or

• Cook at home and bring your prepared dish to the event

We will provide all dishes and utensils for serving.

Participants are asked to:

• Donate the food you prepare

• Bring any tables and cooking supplies you need

• Prepare enough to serve approximately 75–100 people

• A runner will begin collecting servings for the judges at approximately 5:45 PM.

• Please plan to be set up inside the Civic Center by 6:00–6:15 PM, when guests begin arriving.

We ask that you have someone at your table to serve. If you would prefer to walk around and visit, we are happy to arrange for someone to serve your dish for you.

At the end of the evening, we will present awards for:

• First Place

• Second Place

• Third Place

• People’s Choice

To register your team, please submit:

• Your team name

• Team member names

• The name of the dish you will be preparing
