E. D. White Catholic High School is proud to announce that senior Lucy Pearce and eighth grader Eleanor Strand have been selected as the school’s 2024–2025 Students of the Year for their respective grade levels. This distinguished honor recognizes students who exemplify academic excellence, leadership, service, and strong moral character.
Both Lucy and Eleanor have consistently demonstrated a commitment to their studies, a dedication to their school community, and the personal integrity that reflects the mission and values of E. D. White. Their achievements and contributions extend beyond the classroom, making them positive role models for their peers.
With this honor, the two students now advance to the Diocesan-level competition, where they will represent E. D. White Catholic High School among outstanding students from across the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux. The school community has full confidence that Lucy and Eleanor will compete with the same grace, poise, and determination that earned them this recognition.
